ACC did a wonderful job in how fast they got my car fixed as well as making sure I am updated every step of the way. - TLDR; Great Service, would work with them again. Recently had to take my car in due to a car accident that happened in the parking lot. I brought it in they assess the damage and he told me a timeframe of when the car was going to be completed, even with everything going on in the world they managed to fix my Lexus in the timeframe they gave me. The interactions we’re seamless, They updated me with every step to my repair, upon pick up everything was ready for me to hop in and drive off. - It was a smooth experience. They regularly updated the status. The only useful portion of the status update was the time by when vehicle would be ready. They estimated 11 days of work and got it ready in 10 days. Some of the status updates were misleading. For example, after 2-3 days of dropping-in the vehicle, an update was received saying that vehicle is being reassembled. A day later another update was received that workshop is waiting for some parts. The timeline in these updates was the only thing that I took seriously.- Ankur Sharma. 1/3/2020
- I have a 2019 bmw 440i that I just started leasing. Unfortunately, during the recent rains here in California, I was rear ended and my entire black rear bumper and diffuser were covered in scratches, little dings and even paint from the other drivers car. Stressing about my new car, I didn't know how long it would take to fix, how much it would cost and I was also dreading being temporarily out of a car during the busy holiday season. Im so glad I found ACC Auto Collision Center. They are an express center, so they were able to assess the damages themselves, provide me a quote with regards to the repairs and then fix it themselves. I preferred this method versus getting a quote and going to different shop. They got me a loaner car and within just a matter of a few days, my bmw was back to brand new. - I had a very minor accident - a broken driver-side mirror. However, they did a very good job in fixing it and completed it promptly as well. The fact that they are a complete shop - Geico authorized, with on-site Enterprise rentals, makes it very convenient. - I got into an accident and was very shaken up. As I sat on the side of the freeway waiting for the tow truck to arrive I did a search to find a place nearby to repair my car. I could not have been luckier to find ACC Auto Collision Center because they made the entire process so easy and stress free. Great communication with me, the rental car company and my insurance company. While I hope never to get into another accident again, I would go back to ACC in a heartbeat and highly recommend them to anyone in the same situation. - We were side swiped, damaging the whole front of our Ford Flex. ACC was recommended by Geico to us. It was conveniently close to our house. The consultation was quick, they were done with the car within days and I received text messages on the status every day. They were polite, and did a great job. - Wonderful job. I've a long due to write this review on my first experience itself somehow it got delayed. Finally got a chance to write a review. Hopefully this review helps for someone who is searching up for body shop. I had an experience at Fremont center and after couple of months have another experience at Newark location. Both centers are extremely good at what they do. Highly recommended and No brainer to choose ACC for your car body repairs. Fremont ACC: I was searching for driver side mirror for my Toyota Camry , walked into the store, Jeff has taken all the details and told will get back in a day or two after searching up in the inventory. Promptly I got a call back in a day, found the part and got it fixed in few hours. Newark ACC: Met with an accident, right side head light, bumper totally got damaged. Geico was directed me to Newark center for repairs. They did fantastic job of fixing all parts, paint job etc and promptly texts you about progress of work.- hari Bodagala. 0/21/2019
- Someone hit my car to front bumper on parking lot. I had a several body shops to choose from Geico. This center had the closest appointment and I pick it. Want to mention that it happened just before Christmas. The team did outstanding job by fixing my car and finished it as promised. - My Honda Civic Ex 2018 was rear ended recently. When I contacted GEICO they recommended me ACC to get my car fixed as it is the closest one from my home. Dropping-off and pick up was very convenient as GIECO representative will be there on board to help you with everything, it won't take more than 30 mins. ACC did really good job fixing my car, they replaced everything which got damaged in collisio: truc, rear bonnet, interior holders and other small parts. My car looks like new now. Also they have very good notification system in place to notify you everyday about the progress of your car's repair status which is really helpful. - The team did a great job of fixing my Honda CRV. I had a big dent in the rear. I was supposed to get asap before my international travel. I checked for all the Geico authorized centers and they accommodated my request in fixing it soon. They not only fixed it completely within their promised time, but were also prompt in providing timely updates. - This place is on top of my list. They never seem to run out of time to update me of my car that they are working on. Won't you trust a team who are letting you know when and how they are in process of you car? - They were very professional and took care of my cars body work. Paper work was done in few minutes and they had my rental car ready. Helps to have rental car in same location. There were frequent updates on the work being done via email and car was ready on the day they said it would be. - ACC Auto Collision Center fixed my BMW i3 that I have rear ended into a truck. My insurance company, GEICO, have stationed an on-site repair coordinator here. Soon after I have dropped off the car, I was getting constant e-mail/text updates on the progress, which was awesome. The work was completed on schedule as promised. - I had a great experience with ACC Auto Collision Center. My mom’s Prius was rear ended by a truck in Mid Jan and my insurance recommended that I go to ACC. The staffs are very professional, friendly and efficient, drop off and explaining of the issue took about 30 mins, all paperwork were prepared prior so wait time was literally none. They asked whether I would like to receive txt messages to update the status of my vehicle and I did because I had to travel for work in the next 2 weeks. Thoughout the repair cycle, they promptly update me the status on a daily basis, I didn’t have to call them at all which is a fresh experience. - If you need some work done on your vehicle I can't say enough good things about ACC Auto Collision Center. I own an insurance agency and other insurance companies should take a lesson from Geico and ACC. They were terrific! From the initial inspection to picking up the rental car right there and then picking up my vehicle and turning in the rental everything was seamless, even ahead of schedule. - My 2016 Nissan leaf needed a repair of the rear bumper and door that was damaged in a minor car accident. I had a great experience at ACC Auto Collision Center. - I had a great experience at ACC Auto Collision Center. Compared to other Auto shops, their pricing was very competitive and the best part was that they kept me in the loop with all the details every day. My car was in serious accident, and I was quoted a three week repair time. When my car was picked up, I received an email update immediately. The days following the initial process, I would get an update stating that the repairs have started, the buffering process has begun, etc. The last thing is that even though I was quoted three weeks, the process was much faster and I received my car earlier than expected.- Tien Pham. 7/14/2017
